Maaika | 19 comments I got into fantasy with ACOTAR by Sarah J.Maas. I would recommend them if you already have read books with more than 500 pages (First one is I think 420 pages but the others are 525, 600 and 750). But the romance, the worldbuilding, and the characters are definitely worth it.

Another series I would recommend is Once Upon A Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber. This series definitely has romance and the three books are around 400 pages and is not that difficult to understand, mainly because the important parts get repeated in the three books. I didn't need to think a lot while reading these books.

Another great series that I recommend is The Mortal by Cassandra Clare. The story is amazing, it has six books and are between 400 and 600 pages. I loved this series, so much, the plot, the characters, the wordbuilding, the drama, the romance. 10/10.

I also heard a lot of great stuff of Six if Crows and Crooked Kingdom, but I haven't read them yet.

I hope this helped :)

Scar (scarsum) | 47 comments Caraval by Steph Garber
The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
Possession by Lauren Evers (though this is more urban fantasy)
The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert (again more urban fantasy)

All of these were pretty easy to get into :)
