Naomi Novik is one of my favourites... She has two stand alones that are fairy tell retellings - Spinning Silver and Uprooted. And then she has the Scholomance Trilogy which is like Harry Potter but... more murdery? It's very very good.

Daughter of the pirate king is pretty underrated but it's mind blowing!!!

Keeper of The Lost Cities. It's a kids series that isn't all the way out yet, but it's an amazing fantasy friends to lovers slow burn with adventure and action.

Shatter Me. It's a good Dystopian/Sci-Fi with Romance, but I'm reading it rn and I absolutely love it! And I mainly read Fantasy.
