Help, I can't remember the title or author of this book!!

The main character is Janna. She works at a small school in a small town. 2 young girls died drinking a potion they thought was a love spell. A woman went to jail for it, but she didn't kill these 2 girls. She did stab a guy in this park on an altar. Janna finds out that the male teacher is grooming the young girls. Maybe Lucy is one of the names of the girls?
