Nicole | 19 comments Okay I need help. So I know Sarah J. Mass is a massive author and has lots of good series and a new book came out or is coming out this January (I think) Anyway I’ve been seeing on TikTok that people are freaking out because she made a post where a character called Bryce? is meeting up with Nesta and Az.

I’ve read all of her ACOTAR series and know she has two more series (Thrown of Glass & Crescent City) What I need help with is what to read next. Is it okay that I started with ACOTAR if it’s a connected book series? What do I read next? What order? Please tell me

♥︎ Heather ⚔ (New House-Hiatus) (boston730) So. The only requirement really is to read all of ACOTAR before CC2. You have already done that. You can do either or, read ToG or CC1-3 next... Personally I love ToG and I feel like because there is a few easter eggs connecting ToG to ACOTAR and CC that reading it before is beneficial for the reading experience but not necessary.

I read them like this

ACOTAR
TOG
CC

and loved them all- she has created a whole multiverse and CC 3 is about to be so amazing, I can't even wait.

Enasreadingnook | 1 comments Oh this is really helpful for me as well, thank you! I am part way though the 3rd ACOTAR book and I own all of the currently released books for the other series and was worried I'd mess up the reading order haha.

Nicole | 19 comments Awesome! Thanks. And would you recommend doing the tandem read for TOG? Or not for a first time read?

♥︎ Heather ⚔ (New House-Hiatus) (boston730) I will say this- when doing ToG start with Assassins Blade - it is so important because it's a prequal and it sets the whole tone of the series. I was recd to read it after HOF and I intended to read it that way but didn't want to stop after HOF bc major cliffhanger.... Trust me and read it first! Doing the tandem is helpful bc both books take place at the same time but in different places. It will help but isn't necessary- totally up to u.

truly hope you both love them all *to whatever end!*

Kelli When I started my SJM journey I started with House of Earth and Blood, it was my first time ever reading anything by SJM and I just happened upon it at the bookstore cause that cover is stunning. I read it and was instantly hooked, after that I consumed TOG and then ACOTAR.

For me, it didn't make any difference what order I read the series in but I will say that when you read TOG please start with Assassin's Blade I don't think I would have enjoyed the series as much if I had read it after HOF, I found that each short story helped add context in the following books that would have left me with more questions then answers if I had read it later in the series.

Mazie (Dorian's Version) 💙🩵💙🩵💙💦💙🩵 ( | 1 comments I would start with ACOTAR and then ToG and I read Assassins blade after throne of glass and I liked it like that and then read CC. happy reading darling!!

Yeye | 5 comments If you like more romance than fantasy: ACOTAR
For more fantasy than romance: ToG
And after Heir of fire read the Assassin's Blade or alternate one story with one book but before you get to the last one.

And Crescent city read it at the end, not first

Chanel Mullen | 1 comments I initially got into the series with Acotar, I then read crescent city and am now reading throne of glass. Honestly I would do it again that way. I think you could also go TOG, Acotar, CC. You definitely need to read CC after Acotar though!! Hope you love it!

Danielle Mead (danithehami) | 10 comments I'm doing ACOTAR, CC and then TOG... based off a video I watched.

Jorge Acuña Marín | 3 comments I never knew this was all connected. I recently started with ToG, and I'm already reading the second book. So, if I understand well, I better read AB before continuing the story?

ali | 76 comments You can read AB whenever you want, but at lot of people would tell you read it after the second book :)

nat!!(johnny kavanagh’s version) | 4 comments personally i did acotar, tog, then cc and i liked doing it that way
