Tongue In Chic question

I found a small detail and the plot sounds interesting enough to read as a romance novel lover. This is the description I found, "A girl pretends to lose her memory, so the enemy doesn't kill her, but then he lies to her and says he is her fiance." If anyone could tell me what they think the book is that would be great! Always looking for book reccomendations.

I heard it was the Christina Dodd book but I don't think it is.
