Flight of the Earls
In Golden Splendor
Songs of the Shenandoah
Also Liz Curtis Higgs wrote a duology based on Ruth that is set in Scotland.
Here Burns My Candle
Mine Is the Night

Michael Phillips' Caledonia series is pretty good too. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

Still I wanted to point this one out, because it is free on Amazon today :)

I wonder if anyone has got suggestions for good Christian historical romance novels, that takes place during the 18th century?
It's one of my favorite centuries, unfortunately most secular stories from it are very immoral.
Anybody? :)

I know there are quite a few Christian Authors on the Colonial Quills blog that write historical fiction in that era.

Also, Amber Lynn Perry and Roseanna M. White have some Revolutionary war period books.

I suggest Dilly Court for 18th century England and for the war years Sarah Sundin's romances. Both authors are wonderful storytellers with a good knowledge of history in those eras.

Thank you so much, I will definitely check those out!
