whats are the differences in editions?

Recently I watched the movie and went to order the book from online store. I found same book in two different name. one is from Hodder & Stoughton publisher (schindler's ark) and another from SIMON & SCHUSTER USA (schindler's list).. I see there are also difference in number of pages.. 1st is 432 pages and 2nd is 400 pages.. please tell me the difference.
