Nick has completely bonded with Scotty and he with Nick. Sam suggested they do something about it after the wedding. Are they talking foster parents or adoption? Did you see this coming? Is Nick right to be concerned about them having enough time for him?

Yes, I saw it coming when Nick and Scotty bonded and when he told Sam about the boy. I thought adoption, rather than fostering, was in their hearts.

I saw it coming. I would be very disappointed if it hadn’t. Based on my daughter’s experience, my guess is they will foster first then adopt.

I hope its adoption for Scotty as he and Nick and now finally Sam are getting along so fast and it seems as everything for the 3 is just clicking into place for them to be a family.

This scenario was obvious from the moment Nick met Scotty, so no surprise there.

As for having enough time, Nick and Sam have an excellent support system and I am 100% sure that Nick (and probably Sam too) will make time for him.

I agree with Lauren - obvious from the first meeting between Nick and Scotty that Scotty would be part of Nick's family eventually. I'm sure they will make it work timewise and Nick and Sam will both continue to be workaholics. This is fiction, after all.

We all saw this path coming. Sam and Nick will figure it out. Yes, they’re time crunched but what family isn’t and they’ve got more resources than most.
