Hi Ben can you just confirm your page count doesn't include advertising material & blank pages right at the end & I'll be happy to add this for you. You can also supply a short description if you want.

Many thanks for the reply. I can confirm that the book is 121 pages excluding advertising material and blank pages at the end. I'm not sure I am qualified to provide a description so I will pass on that for now!
