Beta reader offering constructive feedback for fiction

My name is Qayyah and I’m an experienced beta reader. I've guided several authors who went on to publish their works. I provide insightful, constructive feedback on your novel, novella or short story that will help you strengthen your piece and prepare it for publication.

After we determine a timeline, I will deliver inline commentary with my initial reactions and a reader report which will detail my overall impressions. My reader report will discuss the plot, characterization, and story, as well as any specific questions you’d like me to address.

I accept all works of fiction, but specialize in Fantasy, Mystery and YA.

Ruqayyah provided me with a report on my manuscript that summarized her reaction to the overall story, the beginning hook, which sections dragged, and an analysis of each of the nine main characters. She also provided inline notes in the text, indicating specific questions or reactions throughout the story. I got a good idea of what works and doesn’t work in my story; very helpful.

Working with Qayyah was my first introduction to working with a skilled beta reader, and I'm so happy we were able to work together!
