I read this one before, but didn't recall any of the mystery portion for the story. I liked how this one unfolded.
This was the first one I had not read before and I enjoyed it more than the other two. First, the mystery was really good although I don't think there was enough information to identify the killer.
The character development for the secondary cast is a highlight.
I enjoyed this one too. Sam is still a problem for me, but she wasn't an in your face problem like the previous books. It was a good mystery and I loved how the characters and their relationships are evolving.

I’m a big fan of multiple storylines with well crafted character development. I get caught up in it all and, as Robin stated, the mystery was still a mystery even though this was a reread (ten years ago!).
