Looking for an editor

Hello, I am seeking an editor for my science fiction novel. Specifically I am looking for proofreading and copyediting services.

Word 2013 tallies it at 118K words in total. It is told in the third-person narrative using past tense. There are 23 chapters altogether.

The maximum I wish to spend is $700 USD, but I am open to being convinced on a higher price.
