I finished The Covenant of Water by Abraham Verghese

This was a fantastic Epic Novel covering 77 years and a family over 3 Generations in India, Really loved it, but it is over 700 Pages and did not want to Rush it, so would stop and start between reading other books. Loved learning about this family and history in India.

I can’t believe all the 2025 Lists are Going Up! Congrats 🎉 to Everyone who Finished 2024.

I am still trying. I bought Symphony of Secrets by Brendan Slocumb when it came out in 2023. I am glad I added it to this list so I finish books I buy. It was well worth it, I really enjoyed the story. Love how Brendan Slocumb mixes music, mystery, race, and past and present to make for such great stories.

So, 2 more to go on here and then Motley almost done, too! Then time to pick out New Books already for 2025. I certainly have Tons 📚📚📚📚

Lea~Yeah, I try to get in all 16 if possible. I am going to start Our Share of the Night. I have 1 more Book for the 2024 Motley as I been trying to finish that one up as well. Can’t believe it’s so close to 2024 being over. Hope you enjoy your 2025 Picks, too. I can’t even think of that at the moment.

I understand what you mean about the discipline. That is why this Challenge is Great for Me. Books Actually Own Get Read. Otherwise, I skip onto 100 New Books to Read, you know in I guess a month. 😂
