1-2 Done3 You are requesting to merge an ebook and a Kindle, they are different editions.
Al didn't release this as a e-book. It says I am the one who marked it as such. All I can figure is that I did it by mistake because I had just dealt with another book that was empty and was told it was a e-book. I thought e-books had to have ISBNs. I dealt with Nooks that were blank, but that platform was gone years before Al wrote this.
E-books don't have to have ISBNs. For example, there isn't a single e-book in Israel with ISBN - it is just not done. There are also many authors who release books on Kobo without ISBN. For the matter itself, the record is unclear but I am going to take your word for it and I merged the e-book edition.
