Why is Goodreads not updating my pages/percentage?

So, I've been using Goodreads for a hot minute and I've noticed something odd happening. Usually when I upload what page I'm on, it shows page whatever of (however many pages is in the book and then it calculates the percentage I've completed of the book. It's not doing any of that and staying at zero. What's going on? Can someone help me?

The developers did disable the updating function a couple of days ago. If it still doesn't work for you could you try clearing your cache?

The other possibility is that your book doesn't have a page count on its page. Can you please link to your book & give the ISBN or ASIN. This is required for updating page counts.

So, if you have cleared your cache you will need to talk to Support (staff)

Its the same as clearing your history, but if you don't know, Support can talk you through that.
