I really really really wanted Murderbot to employ the animation that is used in some of Netflix's Love Death and Robots episodes. Watch S3 " In Vaulted Halls Entombed " and imagine Murderbot being presented in that way. Also since Muderbot keep the faceplate down around humans, is this not going to be like Mandalorian situation.

It still hurts me in my soul to hear people I like and respect say the gave 4th Wing five stars. This book was so repulsively bad it damaged me personally. Now every time I see anyone I don't like I get horny. on a more serious note this book was pure garbage.

Ugh, I hope V's HFM is better now. My nephews had it really badly when they were younger. Two needed to go to the hospital because it was so bad they wouldn't swallow or eat. It looks absolutely miserable.

Interesting to hear the ratings chat. I only ended up rating one book 5 stars but I did enjoy being reminded of the past year's reads.

I'd like to think we can all tolerate folks having differences of opinion on things. That's one of the things I hope this book club is all about.
