The title is pretty jarring, but I would really like to read this to better appreciate and experience the time I have.

Absolutely! I read an article from him on the NYTimes yesterday (published July 29) called Stop Multitasking. No, Really - Just Stop It, and it was very powerful and made me want to read his book!
