What % of the books you read are ebooks?
It depends whether the books I want to read are available as ebook. So somewhere between 95 to 100% are ebooks. I switched to ebooks about 6 years ago and I never regretted it. Because of issues with my eyes and wrists reading ebooks is the best solution.
100%. As much as I would want to collect physical books so I can pass them on to my children's children, it doesn't seem doable at this point. Ebooks have been my constant for a while. Reading on my kindle is kinder to my eyes so at least that's an advantage.
I would say it is about 85% ebooks now. I just recently discovered Libby while using my Kobo but now I'm totally enjoying the benefits of being able to borrow books from my public library.
Thanks for asking, Persnickety. I've never read an ebook but I can see the advantage of being able to adjust font size and brightness of the page. I'm no longer reading teeny tiny printed materials.
I read 50%/50%. E-books on Kindle. I travel quite a bit, and e-books are more practical in this case.
Recently i've been reading more ebooks than actual books, so about 75%. It's easier to access and doesn't take up much space, especially when you're on holiday.
I'm at about 75% ebook. I'm down to just under 100 physical copies and I'm hoping to get through a good chunk of those this year and go completely to ebook.
I’m 100% an e-reader. I love books but can no longer see the print so I use my Kindle because I can blow up the size of the text. I do miss turning the pages and the smell of a book!
Perhaps 80% audiobook but I'm trying to read more physical books in 2024

Probably about 75% ebooks for me. I was gifted a kindle a 4 years ago & it really boosted my ebook reading. Also, I've run out of space for print books!

Zero percent e-books/Kindle.. I prefer hardcovers.
Never liked paperbacks.
Audio books cause quite a problem, because they don't have chapters and you cannot fast forward them either. You are forced to listen one hour until the disk is finished or you have to start all over again on the next day.

5%. I use Libby to read some of my manga, but eventually I would like to get a Kindle and read more ebooks.
I want to say 85% ebooks. It takes up less space in my apartment and I can read on the go more consistently. But I still love physical books so I’ll read them from time to time. I used to love hardcover books but now I’m seeking paperbacks.

I do 50% from my kindle and 50% physical books.
I have LOADS of ebooks so I'm slightly disappointed in myself in how much I read them. I'd say about 10% but I wanna get that up to at least 30% this year for many reasons tbh.
I'd guess 85% of the books I read are on my Kindle.

I've only just gotten back into ebooks since I prefer having physical copies, but I hope to make it 40% ebooks and 60% physical, vs the 10/90 that it is now

i would say is 60% books and 40% ebooks. i love my kindle i really do but there is just something about getting a new book lol
Ultimately, the rate is about 90%, my commutes are pretty long and unconfortable, so, is much easier for me to only carry my kindle, cause i've been reading multiple books at once.
90% of my books are eBooks, 10% are books from Barnes and Nobles that I've decided to treat myself to.
I'd say 90% of my reading is done by eBooks...I still love a physical book but eBooks are cheaper!😬
5% or so. I really love having an actual book in my hands, but sometimes it's nice to have my small kindle.
Eighty percent probably, with the rest being audiobooks. I prefer my e-reader to physical books because it's easier on my eyes since I can adjust the font style and size.
As liku all 90% would have been e-books but I just found a wonderful library in my village I am currently staying.
100% cause it's more environmentally friendly and it's cheaper too
According to my data from last year, I read 54% of my books as ebooks, 29% as physical books, and 18% as audiobooks.
I’m about 50-50 audiobooks and ebooks. I read one physical book last year (out of 96).
very few. I find screen books and audio books difficult to digest. Prefer a good old fashioned book
50% ebooks, 45% audiobooks, 5% physical books, only because electronic books are easier to access and carry with me everywhere.
I'd say it's like 65% physical books and 35% ebooks
100% ebooks for me as I have arthritis in my hands/fingers so I find it painful to hold books. Also it’s far easier to take my kindle than 20 books when we go on holidays.
None!! I’d rather read with a physical copy of the book!
Also my favourites are close at hand when I want to re-read them. Nothing worse than an itch to read a book that is boxed up because the bookshelves are overflowing. However, I do sometimes miss the tactile feel of a “real” book.
I’m interested to see how many are still reading physical books.
