Can’t really remember the plot, I only started reading it many years ago and it has just popped in my head. Haven’t been able to find anything on Google yet. If I remember properly there was a ceremony where the main character is made a part of the society of mutated/evolved people and there were some LGBT undertones. Thanks for any help!
