The more famous John Bauer attributed to my books

I hope you're having a comfortable holiday season, enjoying whatever the weather is like where you happen to find yourself.

As I stumble through these forums, I believe I've come to the right place to solve an issue of misattribution. I imagine the blame falls more on me than the complicated sorting systems, but two of my books are not under my name:

Maneus
Revification

A common name problem, they are instead attributed to the more famous John Bauer from a century ago:

John Bauer

I've just published a new book, Rhean, and it seems this same issue has happened again.

I've also noticed a few other small errors with my books and thought it would be better to combine everything into this thread.

The paperback edition of Revification doesn't seem to be properly connected to me. The cover on the Kindle version also seems to be wrong.
