Promises of Gold
by José OlivarezBefore the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi
Still Born by Guadalupe Nettel
Minor Detail by Adania Shibli
Confessions by Kanae Minato
Convenience Store Woman by Sayaka Murata
A Long Petal of the Sea by Isabel Allende
A River in Darkness by Masaji Ishikawa
I read Convience Store Woman a few years ago and really liked it. I can recommend it! (Earthlings by the same author I cannot - it was kind of disgusting.)
Id recommend Inside Out and Back Again by Thanhha Lai, Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi, and Lonely Castle in the Mirror by Mizuki Tsujimura!
