Even though we still have 2 weeks until January is over, if anyone has any nonfiction books by Black authors that would be greatly appreciated and very helpful. Thanks in advance.
This is will be all fantasy books: Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi, That Self-same Metal by Brittany N Williams, Lore and Lust by Karla Nikole, and anything by Angela J Ford.

The Home Place: Memoirs of a Colored Man's Love Affair with Nature
The Disordered Cosmos: A Journey into Dark Matter, Spacetime, and Dreams Deferred
Trace: Memory, History, Race and the American Landscape
Viral Justice: How We Grow the World We Want
The Intersectional Environmentalist: How to Dismantle Systems of Oppression to Protect People + Planet
Those all sound great, thanks Skittles.****
Update:
That The Intersectional Environmentalist: How to Dismantle Systems of Oppression to Protect People + Planet book sounded the most interesting so I went ahead and ordered that one. Thanks again. (plus I got it for same-day delivery which is even better so I can get it right away.)

Awesome! I hope you like it.
Me too. I'll be reading it for February so despite getting it today I'll hold off until then.******
Okay too impatient for it so I'll be starting it today.
It’s a long one, but I highly recommend Caste by Isabel Wilkerson!! Such a great read I think everyone should consume.

While I haven't finished this book, it's certainly one worth reading from what I have read so far. I'm only 4 chapters in because there's so much detail, but I still like it enough to judge it as a 4-star read.
Yikes, don't know where to start on this one! Even though I've chosen the one I'll be doing for this prompt, I'm putting together my list for this, not just for this particular prompt, but by Black authors in general in honor of Black History Month. I have a few in mind to read throughout the month, but I don't know where to start.
SweethandFor this prompt, I decide to keep it super sweet. I loved the book. Love the diverse personalities within the friendships. Such an enjoyable read.
Finally decided on my book for this prompt.Since I'm getting the graphic novel of Stamped from the Beginning: A Graphic History of Racist Ideas in America .
I figure I'll read the original Stamped from the Beginning: The Definitive History of Racist Ideas in America book as well.
