Book Adding Issue

My second book, Snow on the Summit has already been added to Goodreads (not by myself) I tried to claim it but I keep getting a message that says "Sorry, you are already in the author program as E.A. Fortneaux and only one author profile may be claimed at a time. For more information click here." I am confused because I am using my only account (the author account). I also accidentally created an incomplete entry for Snow on the Summit thinking I could solve the issue. I was wrong.
Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The book was auto-imported from Amazon under 'EA Fortneaux' (no periods after the initials), so it didn't show up on your author page. It's there now and I have added it to the series (and taken care of the empty record). It may take some time for your page to fully update.
