I tried reading Woodhouse a few year back but didn't get much out of "English Humor". I think you need to understand subtleties of British culture to appreciate Woodhouse humor. I think I didn't learn much in my 2 years stay in London :D

We didn't conduct the Jan, Feb,March and April reads. We took in the nominations in April for the May read.
