Are ARCS or physical copies provided in India too?

I have never seen a giveaway or ARCS available for India (I don't know much about ARCS so I could be wrong, sorry!)

I tried sending physical books to India when I started my series a couple of years ago, but I found it very hit and miss as to whether they would actually get there. It was just unsustainable, financially, so I had to give up.
