I read this book back in the late 90s early 2000s. The book wasn’t that long and I believe had a purple back cover. I kept thinking in the title it said something about an inn or motel. I Remember the guy ends up with a girl in a trailer and it’s his first time and it’s super awkward. He finds the guy that dresses like a woman deceased in his trailer. And I think he meets the girl at the box factory. I want to say the guys name is rooster but that could be totally made up. I’ve been looking for this book for years ughhhh
