Happening too often to be just librarians forgetting to mark threads as done. Some new librarians are a bit shy about posting when they have done work in the group.

& in the past having this thread visible has really helped.

Edit; some of the info in this thread may no longer be correct so maybe a new thread is needed but the reasons given given by the (much missed) op are still correct.
