"I'm here to protect you." He said. "Even if your not, I can't let anything happen to you." He shook his head and started toward the kitchen. "Are you hungry? "The kitchen is stocked pretty well."

"Yeah." She glanced at the wards then followed him. "I never got your name." She sat down quietly on the couch and looked at him. She had to pretend she wasn't overwhelmed by everything for now.
"I'm London." He said coming out with a sandwich and setting it down on the table in front of her. "My actual name is way to hard to pronounce." He smiled a bit and leaned back against the wall.
She chowed down on her sandwich. "Nice to meet you London. You probably know who I am." Sira ate another bite of the sandwich and smiled.
"Yeah..." He said slowly, nodding his head. "I...kind of have to." He hoped she wasn't freaked out by that. Then again he thought it best not to tell her everything he knew about her.
"I'll pretend that doesn't come off weird." She grinned at him. She looked down at her now empty plate. She lifted the plate and walked to the kitchen. "Is it okay if I rest?" She asks him.
"Oh!" He pushed himself off the wall. "Of course, the bedrooms are down the hallway there." He pointed toward it. "I'll be up and around here if you need anything."
"Don't you need sleep too?" She asked with a small tilt of her head. She looked away and walked to the bedroom.
"I don't really need it." He shook his head and shrugged. "But anyway...you sleep well. "I'll wake you up in the morning, and then we can get to....everything else."
She nodded. She walked to the bed and laid down. She sighed as she covered herself with the blanket, but couldn't fall asleep. Mostly because this was new to her. She stuffed her face in the pillow and sighed.
London made sure everything was secure. Looking out the windows when ever he thought he heard something. But of course it was always just an animal. He sighed and headed back into the living room, but heard a faint tinging sound. He ran a hand through his hair and walked over to the mirror in the living room.
She heard London walking around and it didn't help her nerves at all. She held onto her blanket as she listened to him. That was the only distraction she had.
"Here we go." He said quietly to himself as put his hand against the mirror. There was a ripple that went across it before a man was standing there.
"Have got her?" He asked, his arms behind his back.
"She is protected sir." London nodded standing up straight. "I will do whatever I can to protect her."
"Don't screw this one up." He warned, narrowing his eyes. "I gave you a chance, don't prove me wrong." The mirror went blank, then reflected again quickly.

"Woah." Sira said standing in the doorway of her room. She watched the conversation via mirror. She walked up to the mirror. "What was that about?" She asked.
London turned around as he heard her, a bit surprised.
"Oh, I thought you had gone to sleep." He said quietly. He leaned against the wall and closed his eyes for a moment. "That was...well I guess you would call him my boss." He sighed and looked over at her.

She put her hand on the glass, but nothing happened. She glanced at him. "You have a boss?" She said surprised. "I guess it makes sense, but what did he mean when he said 'give you another chance?'"
He hesitated for a moment, before he decided that he had to tell her. She had heart that after all.
"I had a charge before you." He said, pausing before he continued. "There was a...pretty powerful person after her. "It seemed like we were out of the dark for a long time. "It seemed like years before we ever saw an enemy again. "Because of that I ended up leaving her alone to stock up again. "When I came back about an hour later..." He stopped and clenched his fist. "I was suspended."

She got quiet. Then bit her lip. "It doesn't seem like your fault." She walked to him and grabbed his hand. She unclenched his fist. "So... Your going to try to redeem yourself." She said softly.
He looked down at there hands, a bit surprised but he shook it off.
"They gave me another chance." He said taking in a deep breath. "I wont make the same mistakes this time. "And I will make sure, you are able to protect yourself as well. "You know....if I can't...."
"They gave me another chance." He said taking in a deep breath. "I wont make the same mistakes this time. "And I will make sure, you are able to protect yourself as well. "You know....if I can't...."
"I know. I want to learn to protect not just me, but everyone from the demons." She let go of his hands. "My ancestor did save everyone. I'll follow after her." She didn't want to mention the fact she had died too. She smiled a bit at him.
"You should probably get some rest, for morning." He said giving her a small smile. "We have a lot to go through in a few days."
She looked down a bit. "Okay." She walked away and wished she could go back to her apartment. She liked to be alone. Now that he was here, she wasn't sure how to feel. She fell asleep in the bed until morning.
London got out a few books and things during the night. Trying to figure out what to teach her first, and how to do it. He sighed as he saw the sun come up, and waited about an hour before he went to go and wake her.
Sira would usually sleep sloppily on the bed since she had no one to see. Yet, the premise of London made her sleep properly. She slept soundly with her hair all over the place and her curled up slightly.
He walked into the room, opening the door quietly seeing she was safely there and asleep. He stood there for a moment, before walking over to the bed and gently shaking her awake.
She slowly opened her eyes and yawned a bit. She sat up in the bed and rubbed her eyes. She glanced over and saw London. Sira quickly looked away. "Good morning."
"Um....good morning." He said a bit awkwardly. He wasn't exactly use to human rituals anymore, like sleeping and eating and such. But he was slowly remembering why they needed it. He shook it off and headed back to the door. "There is food in the kitchen, help yourself. "When you are finished, please meet me downstairs."
She nodded and watched as he left. She noticed that he really gave her no mind. Only had to because that's he's job. Not out of free will. Sira walked to the kitchen and quickly ate her breakfast before coming down.
He went to the basement door and turned on the light as he headed downstairs. The overhead lights came on, revealing a whole training room. With pretty much everything they would need. He quickly set everything up.
She walked to the sound and found herself looking at a training room. "Wow." She said surprised. She looked around and found herself eager to start already. "Am I also going to learn my powers?" She asked him.
He turned around when he heard her come down.
"Well one thing at a time." He said. "I have to teach you a few of the basics, before we get into the more technical things. "But I warn you, it's going to be a lot of work."

"It's not like I have a choice in the matter. I can't go back or I'll be demon meat. So, might as well embrace it." She stretched and looked around. "It's weird that a angel knows how to use all these weapons. Are you suppose to be lighthearted?"
He smiled slightly and shook his head.
"I'm a guardian Angel." He said. "We have to protect our charges by any means necessary. "And if that means...using weapons like these, then I will."
"I'm a guardian Angel." He said. "We have to protect our charges by any means necessary. "And if that means...using weapons like these, then I will."
She sighed and nodded. "But, do you want to do something besides taking care of your charge? Don't tell me you don't want to have some say in your life." She looked at him.
"My life is taking care of my charges." He said a bit confused. "We do what were told, go where we are asked to go. "Bad things happen if we....stray from that. "Charges die if we don't." He closed his eyes tightly for a moment, before shaking it off and looking up at her. "Lets get started."
"No." She said crossing her arms. "I can't learn from a guy who's life resolves around orders. It's disgusting. You have to have some free will. Everyone does. Even if you get in trouble, so what? You got to have say in your life." She looked at him.
He narrowed his eyes and took a few steps toward her.
"You know what happens when we don't follow orders?" He asked slowly. "People die, people like my charge Olivia. "You get to close, and to involved against orders and you lose people. "Important people."
"You know what happens when we don't follow orders?" He asked slowly. "People die, people like my charge Olivia. "You get to close, and to involved against orders and you lose people. "Important people."
Sira took a few steps back from him. Then a haunting thought came to her. 'Will I become like him...?' She watched the way he acted. He seemed so brain dead to her. Only following orders. "Okay... Let's get started." She looked down and refused to make eye contact with London.
He sighed and ran a hand through his hair as he realized what had just happened.
"I'm sorry." He said quietly. "I did at one point want to have my own life. "That was a long time ago, before....things went down hill. "It's better for me to just do what is asked of me. "I wont lose someone else." He took in a deep breath and grabbed a book from the table. "The first thing I'm going to show you is how to channel your power. "Once you have that down, everything else should come much easier."

Sira nodded. "Doesn't sound that bad." She said stretching a bit. She was curious about her powers and see what she could do. If she was good enough maybe she could use her powers to stop gun crime. 'I'll surely get medals.' She thought. She kept fantasizing and didn't focus.
He noticed she was having a problem focusing on it. He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"What are you thinking about?" He asked her after a moment. "You can't let your mind wander, it has to be right here and now."
"What are you thinking about?" He asked her after a moment. "You can't let your mind wander, it has to be right here and now."
She shook her head and looked at him. "What? Oh right!" She said trying to focus this time. "Okay. How to I know what my powers are? Do I say a word and a beam shoots out of my hand." She smirked at the thought. "Wait! What if my power was just invisibility. That would be awesome!" She started to lose focus.
He rolled his eyes, but couldn't help but smile slight at her sudden excitement of what she could do.
"We'll find out very soon." He said. "Just keep focusing, and you'll see. "Clear your mind of everything else right now."
"We'll find out very soon." He said. "Just keep focusing, and you'll see. "Clear your mind of everything else right now."
She glanced at him like he was crazy, but tried. Soon, she cleared her mind. "Okay... What now?" She said, she stayed still as she tried to focus the best she could.
"Good, good." He circled her a bit, then stopping in front of her again. "Your energy is what your power uses. "So I need you to focus all of your energy into your hand. "You'll know what you have it."
She opened her eyes to look at him. "Next you should tell me, 'use the force.'" She joked. Then, closed her eyes. She focused on her energy. Also, her hand. She took deep breaths as her heart speed went up.
"You are tense." He said walking around behind her and putting his hands on her shoulders. "Relax, don't over think it all." He pulled his hands back real quick, and took a few steps back.
She closed her eyes and her mind kept drifting to something else that made her nervous. She dropped her hands with a sigh. "I can't. I just... Need sometime to clear my head."
He sighed and took in a deep breath.
"What are you thinking about?" He asked gently. "What's bothering you? "Maybe...maybe I can help?"
