"I'll definitely look forward to it." He said softly, and gently kissed her. "And hopefully I can show you around the place I grew up."

She couldn't help, but already excited. "When is it? Is it tomorrow morning? Is it tonight? Let it be tonight!" She hugged him tightly while jumping up and down.
He couldn't help but laugh at her reaction, and smiled a bit as he hugged her back.
"We...we're going to have to finish this first." He said quietly.
"We...we're going to have to finish this first." He said quietly.
"Finish what?" She said happily. She was filled up with giddiness now. She couldn't wait, it'll be a great remedy for the recent events.
He sighed as he pulled away and looked at her.
"We have to close the gate first." He whispered quietly. He hoped in the process they could also get some revenge for Paris.
"We have to close the gate first." He whispered quietly. He hoped in the process they could also get some revenge for Paris.
All of the happiness flowed out of her. She backed away slightly. She couldn't tell him she was afraid to close the gates, but she can't march down to her death either. "Uhh... Yeah... Um, I'll be right back. I'm going to get fresh air."
He sighed and leaned back against the wall, running a hand through his hair. He wished he didn't have to do this now, he had been so happy seeing her happy. And now all of that was gone, with just a few little words. And he hated himself for it.
She sat at the entrance of the cave. She hugged her knees to her chest and looked down. 'When I close the gates... Will I live? If I do... What will I do?' What was ahead of her was a mystery. She was afraid to do anything.
He gulped as he slowly walked toward where she had run to. He saw her sitting there and stopped a bit a way from her.
"Sira you know I will do anything for you." He said walking the rest of the way. "So I...I think I might have an idea." He took in a deep breath and sat down next to her.

She lifted her head slightly and looked over at him. "Oh... What's the plan?" She asked. She faced toward him and trusted him for now.
"There is...a spell I could do." He said quietly, not daring to look at her while he said this. He gulped slightly and continued. "I could transfer your power to me temporarily and close the gate for you."
She got quiet. Then felt guilty. Suddenly she stood up and brushed herself off. Then, started to head to the ward. "I'm going to close the gate... Paris died for me to do so... I want to do it alone as well."
"You wont have to be alone, Sira." he said standing up and following after her. "I'll be there with you the whole time. "I promised you I would make sure this turned out okay, and I intend to keep that promise."
She stared at him for a bit then smiled. "You know. I've heard many stories where a hero saves a damsel. But I've never heard a story where the damsel and hero save others." She kissed his cheek then walked out of the ward. She lit her hand at the same time to prepare herself.
He smiled slightly and followed her out. He took in a deep breath and walked up to her side, unfurling his wings.
"Are you sure your ready?" He asked softly.
"Are you sure your ready?" He asked softly.
She nodded. "A orphan to a goddess. I'm ready." She said with a smile. She closed her eyes and sensed the gate. "It's in the middle of the forest. Can you fly me there?" She asked him.
He smiled and nodded looking around for a moment.
"They'll be waiting for us." He said taking her hand. "Lets do this." He took in a deep breath and wrapped his arm around her waist. "Hold on tight."
"They'll be waiting for us." He said taking her hand. "Lets do this." He took in a deep breath and wrapped his arm around her waist. "Hold on tight."
She nodded. "I know we'll be surrounded. That's why your here." She held on tightly as he lifted her up and flew her toward the gates.
"I love you." He said looking over at her as he flew. "Whatever happens I want you to know that." He kissed her softly, but passionately as they got closer. He pulled away as they got there and took in a deep breath once he saw it. "I have your back, you just worry about getting it closed."
She nodded and looked down. It was like a crack in the earth. Purple flames flew out and produced demons who walked on the forest floor. "I love you too... Now drop me and I'll close the gates."
He nodded and gently let her go, making sure she landed safely before flying down fast and going for the demons that saw her. He knew he had to make sure none of them got near her.
She looked at the fault in the earth. "Okay mother... Let's do this." She whispered softly to the old daughter of the sky. She clapped her hands together and wind swirled around her. She started to say a spell to make the gates close.
He tackled the first one and very quickly to him out. Spinning around as he felt one try and take him out from behind. It took a swing at him and he dodged out of the way just in time to get kicked in the leg from behind. He went down but rolled out of the way, knocking them both down.
She felt the ground shift under her as the earth started to move to mend the fault. She felt herself lift in the air wind suddenly bursted from all around her and the sky seemed to help her. She outstretched one hand and the earth shifted. She felt like a beast as she clamped her hand closed and started to pull her hand back. The other side of the fault moving with her.
He looked up briefly as he felt the wind start blowing, and smiled a bit.
"Atta girl." He breathed quietly, before getting punched in the face. "Not nice." He breathed quickly kicking the demon in the chest sending it flying into a tree. He smirked and continued taking out everyone he could.

She breathed hard and felt beads of sweat roll down her face. "Please led me your power..." She talked to the sky. She let out a battle cry as she closed the gates and from above the sky lighting struck and started to move across the fault, but at a slow pace.
He felt like he hadn't been punched and kicked so many times in his life. He was bloodied and bruised, but he wasn't about to give up. Though they were coming out slower now, the closer it came to being closed he still kept up the pace. Still managing to keep his eyes on her.
She felt all the power seep out of her as she moved the lightning across. 'You have to do it, Sira. For Paris, for London, for the old daughter of the sky, for all the nice people in the world.' She thought. She closed her eyes and thought back to the three of them. Her, London, and Paris. 'No wonder I never fitted in... I was a goddess all this time.' She thought. 'I belong here now.' She opened her eyes. "Close!" Her voice seemed so powerful as it boomed across the whole world. She clapped her hands together and with a loud blow. The gates were shut.
London gasped as he heard her voice and looked up seeing the gate slam shut. He smiled and shook his head.
"You did it." He said looking around as the remaining demons disappeared. Before he did anything else he quickly remembered and mustered up all of his strength, flying up and very quickly gently grabbing her.

She fell into him. She honestly felt like just skin and bone at the moment. But... She was alive, she sealed the gates, and avenged Paris. She took in gasping breaths as she looked over at London. "We did... It." Soon, she fell asleep in his arms.
He smiled, breathing in ragged breaths as he slowly got back to the ground.
"Yeah..." He breathed. "We did it." He kissed her forehead and held her close for a few moments before pulling away a bit and looking up. "Dad, up away?" He smiled a bit awkwardly then shook his head rolling his eyes at what he said. In a few second there was a flash and they were in a bright white room. His father standing a few feet in front of him.
"Up and away?" He said giving him a look.
"Yeah not my best line." He said shrugging. "But right now she needs some help."

She was still asleep. She used all her energy to call up both the sky, her powers, and the old daughter of the sky to help her close the gates. She was just glad they were both okay. Both alive. But, it didn't feel as if it was the end with the demons. They still roamed the earth. They won't be coming out repeatedly, but they were there. As well as Jensen still alive and working with the demons. The gates were just step one.
In a minute or so, some other Angels came over and gently laid her onto one of the beds in the room. After they took care of her and made sure she was still stable, they helped London to the other bed and started dressing his wounds.
"You did well London." His father said nodding his head. "You have earned that promotion." He nodded again and left the room.

Soon, Sira's eyes slowly opened. The room was blurry at first, but when she blinked more she didn't see the familiar cave. She saw actual room walls. She shifted a bit to sit up and she felt like her bones were super heavy. She looked around until her eyes fell on London's bed. "London!" She said his name happily.
London had almost dozed off as he lay there, another new feeling to him. He blinked his eyes open as he heard his name and turned to look looking over to see her awake. He smiled wide and let out a soft relieved sigh.
"Sira." He said softly. "You're awake. "How do you feel?"
"Sira." He said softly. "You're awake. "How do you feel?"
"Honestly, a mix between awesome and tired." She said with a small smile. She looked over at his wounds and bit her lip. Maybe she should of done it faster. "You're okay too right?" She asked gently and with a small smile on her face.
He smiled and nodded his head.
"Yeah." He said pushing himself up, but wincing a bit. "Honestly I've had worse then this. "I'll be fine." He shifted his weight so he would be a bit more comfortable. "But hey...you get to see my home now."
"Yeah." He said pushing himself up, but wincing a bit. "Honestly I've had worse then this. "I'll be fine." He shifted his weight so he would be a bit more comfortable. "But hey...you get to see my home now."
She laughed slightly. "Yeah." She laid back down for a bit and wished she could sleep longer, but she wanted to get up. She sat up and got off the bed. She suddenly felt a lot better. She let out a breath and stretched. "I still feel weird, but I feel fine at the same time." She smiled at him.
He closed his eyes for a minute then smiled and looked over at her.
"That's because you still have a tiny bit of magic left." He said turning his head to look back over at her again. "I sense it still floating around in you."

She looked down at her hands. "Yeah. I guess." She looked at him and walked toward him. She hugged him tightly. "Do you think we will be heroes now? Maybe at the parties they will tell us that we are heroes." She said softly.
He smiled as he hugged her back, and resisted wincing they did. But he was still glad she was okay.
"You're more of a hero then I am." He said smiling up at her. "And yes, everyone will be talking about it. "They will be happy and grateful to you, and thank you every time they see you."

"They'll do the same for you too. Though, they might do it drunkly." She laughed tiredly. She brushed some hair out of his face. "Can you stand, walk, fly properly?" She asked him, lacing her fingers with his.
He laughed softly and smiled up at her.
"I can probably stand for a little bit." He said softly. "I don't have a lot of strength right now, but I'll be back to full in probably a day."
"I can probably stand for a little bit." He said softly. "I don't have a lot of strength right now, but I'll be back to full in probably a day."
"Ah okay. I'll wait with you. I should save my magic and gather more as I rest... But, I want to meet your father and mother." She looked down at her feet. "I want to see what kind of people they are."
"I'm sure you will meet them sooner then you think." He said smiling. "If I know my dad, he's told my mom I'm back and where I am. "And after she gets out of work, she'll be right over here along with my dad."
"Oh okay." She kissed him on the lips softly. "I love you." She said softly. She walked back to her bed and laid down slowly. She let out a sigh as she slowly felt herself relax.
"I love you too." He whispered, watching her walk back over before he leaned his head back against the bed again. They could relax now, though he knew it wasn't over fully. At least the big part was over.
She had fallen asleep and suddenly she was back in the cave. Paris was siting on the couch and when he looked over he stood up. He smiled. "Hey! I was waiting. I don't appreciate waiting." He said. Sira sighed. "Sorry. Did you see me though?! I did it Paris!" She said happily. Paris sighed and looked away. "There's a lot more going on than you know." She opened her mouth to say something, but there was a knock, waking her up. She sighed and crawled out of the bed. She walked to the door and opened it.
London had managed to fall asleep as he laid there. And he actually like the feeling of relaxing this much. What he didn't like where the images that flew through his head as he lay there. He quickly opened his eyes just in time to hear the door and see her crawl out of bed to open it.
"Who is it?" He asked sleepily.
