Møøńšhådöw and Fangs
She froze when he said the word gone... It meant dead. She put her hand over her mouth as tears ran down her cheeks. "Paris..." She said muffled by her hand. She got quiet and then hugged tightly while still crying. She remembered just not a half hour ago... They were smiling, laughing... Now... He's dead.
He remembered when he had first met Pairs, they for some reason never really got along. But he had never wanted him to die, never wanted this. And over the last few days he had felt they had somehow started to get a bit better at not hating each other. And now he wanted revenge for his fallen ally. He sat there with her for awhile not wanting to move, not wanting to think it was real.
When she was done and was able to talk, she did. "When you walked out if the room before... He said he only annoyed you because he got to see that you had some emotion to you. He liked it when you showed something to him..." The words came out as a croak in the end. She finally willed herself to her feet and helped London up. "Come on. Let's go back inside..." She said softly.
He wasn't quite sure what to say to that as he slowly followed her back inside. He wished he had realized sooner what actually friends they were, instead of waiting until it was to late. And realizing also, they had challenged each other.
"We need a plan." He said anger lined all through his voice. "I'm not going to let them get away with this."
"We need a plan." He said anger lined all through his voice. "I'm not going to let them get away with this."
"London listen..." She could hear the anger in his voice. "Right now, we need to recover... We had four people. Now we only have you and me. I honestly don't want another death. We need to wait." She couldn't believe she was doing this, but she knew they would be out matched if they even tried. "I want to avenge him as much as you... But, at this moment. We need to wait, alright?"
As much as he wanted to rush off head first and take out as many as he could. He knew she was right, he wasn't in any condition to be fighting anyone, on top of not thinking clearly.
"Yeah." He said quietly. "We'll wait..."
"Yeah." He said quietly. "We'll wait..."
She nodded and looked down. She felt a silence hanging above them. She moved him toward the couch and sat him down with her as well. Honestly, she wished she could go back to her closet, but she wanted to be here with London.
"He just...wanted to help me didn't he?" He said quietly, taking in a deep breath and laying his head against her. "I see that now." He reached back and touched his wing for a moment. "He healed my wing before..." He paused. "He uh...told me to tell you that....it was an honor."
She bit her lip and thought back to him. She allowed him to use her shoulder for his head. She didn't mind it at all. She looked at him for a bit and sighed. "I wish I could of told him that it was a honor to know him..." She whispered and lowered her head slightly.
"I'm sure he knows." He said softly, and manged a bit of a smile at that before it faded again. "I'm....going to have to check in and let them know....what's happened." He took in a very deep shaky breath, before standing up and walking over to the mirror on the wall.
She nodded. As soon as he left, she ran to her room and closed her door. She then walked to the closet where she closed that door as well. She sat down and hugged her knees to her chest.
London took a minute standing in front of the mirror, trying to figure out what he would say and also to try and collect himself. Once he figured he was ready, he put his hand to the mirror.
Sira leaned her head back and looked at the ceiling. 'If I paid more attention... I wouldn't have walked out of the wards.' She thought and slowly started to cry.
"General I um...have some news." London said standing at attention. He took in a breath and quickly told him everything that had happened. "It's...just the two of us now." There was a long pause before he spoke.
"This is very distressing." He said. "But given that you were the one in charge of this, you are responsible. "We will discuss your punishment at a later time. "But for now you must finish this before we lose anymore good men." He then was gone, leaving London standing there shocked.

Sira had walked out and hid behind the wall as she heard the general speak. 'Punishment.' She thought. She sank to the floor and kept blaming herself as she hugged her knees.
London finally came back to himself as he decided to not worry about what would happen after. He sighed and went to go check on her, but stopped as he saw where she was.
"Sira?" He said kneeling down next to her.
"Sira?" He said kneeling down next to her.
She shook her head. She wished he wasn't able to see her. She kept her head down and tears went down her face. She felt like she ruined everything.
He pressed his lips together and gently pulled her into a hug. Rubbing her back softly as he tried to keep himself calm as well. The only thing he could think to do right then, was just hold her and let her cry.
"We were laughing." She said in between gasps of air as she cried. "We were having fun and smiling... I took it for granted... I want everything like it was before with you, me, Jensen, Paris." She kept crying.
"I know." He said closing his his eyes tightly, kissing the side of her head. "I wanted that to....and I keep thinking about if I could have stopped him, stopped both of them somehow." He shook his head slightly. "But none of this is your fault you know. "If anything....if anything it's mine."
"No... You've done nothing. You have just been assigned to me..." She said even though the words hurt. "I would of never known you and we won't be here now." She hugged him tightly as she slowly stopped crying.
"I told you." He said softly. "Before I was just assigned to you." He pulled back a bit to look at her. "You know how I feel now, and I'm glad that I was." He gently lifted her chin with his finger. "Do you...regret that? "Regret meeting me?"
"No... The moment I met you I honestly thought you were just a robot, but then, you started to change... That's why I love you." She hugged him tightly and kissed his cheek.
He smiled softly and hugged her back, glad she was regretting that part at least. Now he was worried about what was going to happen after this. He knew he was going to be punished for what happened to Paris, he only hoped that it wasn't to harsh.
"I love you too." He whispered softly.
"I love you too." He whispered softly.
She finally calmed down and stopped crying. "Okay..." She drew away and wiped her eyes. "Now, what will happen with your punishment?" She asked looking at him. "Do I have to witness it?"
He blinked a few times and sighed as he sat down beside her.
"You heard that huh." He said quietly. "And I...I don't know if you'll have to be there or not. "But knowing my father..." He paused for a second and shook his head. "I might lose my status for good this time."
"You heard that huh." He said quietly. "And I...I don't know if you'll have to be there or not. "But knowing my father..." He paused for a second and shook his head. "I might lose my status for good this time."
She stared at him. "But it wasn't your fault! It was the demons! You were protecting me." Suddenly mad, she got up and walked to the mirror. "I want to talk to him."
He looked up at her surprised, and blinked a few times.
"What?" He said his eyes widened. "I mean...I don't know if that's a good idea. "Like I said he's...really hard to talk to. "And beside I don't know if he'll even listen to you."
"What?" He said his eyes widened. "I mean...I don't know if that's a good idea. "Like I said he's...really hard to talk to. "And beside I don't know if he'll even listen to you."
She ignored London and closed her eyes. She put her hand on the mirrors then opened her eyes. "This is the daughter of the sky. A goddess I may mention, so if you don't answer, you can fit the pieces in... Did I mention I'm a goddess and more powerful than you?"
London stood up to stop her, but quickly stopped in place when he saw him there. He quickly stood at attention.
"You have interrupted important work." He said looking straight at her. "I realize your importance, but you have no authority talking on this line."
"You have interrupted important work." He said looking straight at her. "I realize your importance, but you have no authority talking on this line."
"Yes I do." She said. "Am I not the only one who can seal the gates of hell closed to save all your people and humans?" She smirked at him. "Anyways, this is not why I called you up, I'm here to discuss London's unnecessary punishment."
"Again you cross a line you aren't meant to cross." He said angrily. "Do not misunderstand your role sky daughter, you have no business interfering in such things. "You are only there to close up the gate, and anything after is hearsay."
"Oh really?" She glared at him. "Tell me... Would people most likely follow their own kind or bow down to someone a higher rank and more power than them?" She laughed softly. "I'm not pushing any boundaries. You are by forcing a punishment on London."
"They do what they are told, just as London does." He said gesturing toward him. London blinked a few times as he realized everything that had been happening. "I do not know what makes you think your so entitled..." He paused as he was cut off by London.
"That is enough!" He said stepping forward, standing next to her. "I know you are just doing your job, and I realize you want to keep order. "But I am your son. "Paris's death....it was on him. "He did it to protect us, and he should be made a hero for that."

Sira's confidence and skin color drained away like water down a drain. 'He's father...' She thought. She stood still and her tongue seemed to be dead or something. She didn't know how to speak. 'Why would his father punish him like he was just a solider...?' She thought.
"You have never show such confidence to me before." He said looking at him, pausing for a few moments. But after a second he smiled. "You have come a very long way London. "I do not know if it is this mission that has done it but I am grateful." He took in a deep breath and looked over at Sira. "I thank you for your words as well." He looked back at London and smiled a bit wider. "When you return home we will have a ceremony for your new elite rank. "Good luck son." He was then again, leaving London standing there shocked again.
"If this is how he reacts when I talk to him like that, I would love to show him Youtube's comments." She knew London wouldn't get it, but she had said it anyways. "Oh and... Congrats on your new rank. What did he mean by ceremony?"
"Yeah uh...thanks." He said as it sank in, he let out a breath still not really believing it. "I um...they'll be throwing me a sort of party I guess you could call it. "Awards and sitting through speeches...boring stuff." He chuckled a bit awkwardly.
"Wow. Will there be a lot of angels? Also... Will they tell about Paris heroic act?" She asked looking down. She looked up at him and did a small attempt at a smile.
"Yeah I'm sure they will." He said nodding his head. "They'll...more then likely give his medal to his parents and... "But it will be big and full of Angels. "And..." He laughed. "My mom doting on my the whole time."
She smiled. 'I feel bad for thinking his parents were bad.' She thought. She remembered the last time she went to a ceremony. A lot of drunk people. She covered her mouth from the thought of there being tons of Orange Juice. She laughed at the thought.
He looked at her curiously. Wondering what she was thinking about to make her laugh. And glad she was laughing a bit.
"What?" He said and smiled. "What's funny?"
"What?" He said and smiled. "What's funny?"
"I just thought of there being Orange Juice there and stuff. It's funny since if I walked up to someone and said it is possible to get drunk off of Orange Juice they would laugh. Imagine a party with it." She laughed.
"I have been to many parties with it." He said smiling softly. "Trust me when I say it's a heck of a thing to witness." He chuckled and shook his head. "There wont be much at the ceremony, but definitely at the party after."
"I see. Do you drink it there?" She asked. She wondered if she was going to attend, she would look odd, but she'll have London which will make her feel better. If he possibly gets drunk, it would lighten her mood a lot, she would probably laugh a lot.
"I might a bit." He said smiling and then laughed. "If only to drown out all of the craziness that's going to be happening around me."
"It sounds like a lot of fun the way you make it sound to be." She smiled slightly. "When will it be? What should I do? Is there something I should wear? Where's the thing going to be?" She started pounding him with questions.
"Wait, you want to come?" He asked and couldn't help but smile. "You would be willing to sit through all the boring stuff? "And then maybe I hit a drunk Angel that hit on you." He teased smirking slightly.

"He's....he's gone...." He breathed his voice shaking. "Gone..." He said very quietly. "And they're gonna pay for it."
