I got this yesterday and again today.

I anyone else encountering it when creating a series?

Tais (tais_) | 31 comments Same thing happening over here, ever since the night of the 16th... I just thought it was something on my end; cleaned cache, changed browsers, but yeah, nothing. Submitted this to support yesterday, but this time didn't even get an automated message of 'request received' or some such thing

kymagirl | 40 comments Got a pretty much out of the box response from Goodreads support. Reiterated the problem to them and included a screenshot of the error message (as brief as it is and that I'd already copied/pasted). Got the standard tech support clean cookies, history, try different browser, try different device - all had been done already.

Waiting for a response to my response.

Since they made it seem like it was just me, I included this thread. But please, if you're experiencing this problem submit a ticket - there's strength in numbers.

"Thanks for reaching out to us! Our developers are aware of this issue and actively working on getting this resolved.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work toward a resolution."

I also saw that Jaclyn pinned a thread to the main topic, to share updates (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...), so now it's just a waiting game
