That cannot be 1946 edition as there is text referencing 1950 Nobel Prize. Please remember to always state the source with your submissions.
Went poking around online, found the correct edition hopefully. It's a bit tricky because there's a '56 edition and a '60 edition but I'm pretty sure this is the '56 edition (B003FXI7EK), because while I find editions with the "Awarded" text at the bottom of the cover labeled interchangeably as the '56 edition and the '60 edition, the only image I could find of the text along the top of the cover is labeled as the '56 edition. It'd be nice if the ASIN was printed in the book somewhere that'd make this much easier.
ASIN is a number assigned by Amazon and has nothing to do with the actual edition on these older books.
Well then, I'm just stupid, I didn't know that.Anyway the source of the image I'm linking? I took it, I have the book on my shelf. I got it at a library sale, but I found the '56 edition on Abebooks just a bit ago. I got the idea that it was the '46 edition from the Copyright page, I honestly didn't even register that the cover made that claim ridiculous.
