Am I Doing Something Wrong

Hello, I made a request to have new book added about two months ago and bumped it once after a few weeks. No activity yet. I want to follow the rules and not request again but I’m not sure what to do next. Just wanted to make sure I hadn’t done anything wrong in the request. Thanks very much

Hi Bill,

I don't know about your original request, but for this one you have started a thread without selecting a folder first.

If you have done that with your book request it will disappear from view very quickly.

If you have posted in the correct folder & provided all the info librarians, need just keep bumping every 48 hours.

If you have posted in the wrong place, edit to add a folder. You can only do that in the desktop view. Please do not start a new thread. Everything is very behind here now & multiple threads for one request don't help.

Be aware that we are volunteers & for most of us this is a busy time of year. :)
