catalog guidelines?

I cannot see how this book:

doesn't fit the catalog guidelines and shall not be rated?
And i have no idea whether i could change it or how to react.

A bot had marked it Invalid which is not correct. I've changed the status to Public.

There seems to be something strange going on with some books that were marked invalid by a bot. The book page shows the Invalid message, but the edit page shows status Public. The changelog (bottom of the page: Data sources for this edition) had the status Invalid listed.

Just saving the book (without making any actual changes) changed the status from Invalid to Public.
This doesn't show in the changelog.
