have you started stanning a new group? I started stanning the bgs this year: Heads off with Stray Kids followed by Enhypen, and the rest TXT, Ateez (not stan but listen)


have your ults won an award? No BRO, THEY WEREN'T EVEN NOMINATED BY MMA 2023 (talking abt SKZ)

ikr this year's releases were SAUR good, especially solo, for some reason I think solos were better

i definitely listened to my ult, bts, this year (more than ever because i miss them so f-ing much 😭) and of course their solos!! <3 my favourite release is probably take two by bts because i'm so glad they have a comeback during hiatus. another favourite is definitely jungkook's golden album. i've been screaming about it to my friends nonstop since it was released, guys. 😂🤦‍♀️ i was obsessed with jimin's face, taehyung's layover, and yoongi's d-day, too!! oh, and seventeen's fml album was sooo good!
my ults did win three awards including the worldwide icon of the year daesang (and i'm so proud of them as individual artists as they won awards, too!).
i haven't been really keeping up with other kpop group/soloist's songs, only bts & their solos, but i have been listening to older kpop songs and some new 2023 comebacks!

a new group i stanned this year is bts! i'm so glad i found them before it was "too late" lol, and yes, they officially became my new ult! <3333 :D and this year, not only did bts as a group won daesangs and awards, the members themselves won awards, too! :))

unfortunately, another group i loved didn't win a single daesang but hey, it's okay, next year! :D

been listening to bts and their solos a lot more as well! also, i've been getting into some girl groups, i've been obsessing with some songs from blackpink, newjeans, le sserafim. and some other boy groups i've been casually listening are seventeen & enyphen! :)

Two times in a row that TWICE was my top artist of the year. Then it was NWJNS, Itzy, and (g)-Idle! My top song was Ditto, then OMG, Moonlight Sunrise, NXDE, and Blah Blah Blah! My only nonkpop artist in the top 5 was 6arleyhuman with XOXO

Ummm only accounting for like 6 months, my top artist was My Chemical Romance, then NCT 127, NCT Dream, The Boyz, and NCT U

I may have had a slight nct phase as you can see

My top 2 songs were MCR songs, but third was Deja Vu by nct dream, fourth ISTJ by nct dream, fifth Perfume by nct dojaejung

Watch It by the boyz managed to get to number 10 in like 2 weeks so that was normal

accoridng to my mental calculations, my top groups until early August were NEW JEANS, LE SSERAFIM, BLACKPINK, BTS, TWICE, NMIXX, (G)-IDLE, BIBI, ITZY, TXT (mainly ggs, I can't remember) After midway August my top group was STRAY KIDS followed by Enhypen and then the rest of the former list.

My top songs for 8 months were Ditto (i listened to this ALOT, ever single day in January) Unforgiven, EVE PSYCHE AND THE BLUEBEARD'S WIFE, Go hard, set me free, moonlight sunrise, Like Crazy,

I know I'm late haha but it was my first year as a kpop stan as well, and just had my 1 year anniversary on when I officially considered myself one, on Feb. 3rd 😊 My top 5 were Stray Kids, BTS, TXT, NCT Dream, and ATEEZ 🥰 I already know this year will be different haha I most likely will have all of nct up to the top along with skz and bts. Kpop has become my life and favorite pass time 🤣

My top songs I can't recall atm, other than #1 being sclass lol (I streamed that so hard xD) I'll update it once I can look at my phone and check. Looking forward to my wrapped already because I'm already at almost half the amount of minutes listened in these first two months vs my whole year last year...and last year I broke my record too lol Discovering new music is just so fun to me, and I'm so glad my friend at work introduced me to all this 🙏💙

Do you guys know about the app called stats.fm btw? It's so handy for spotify stats! I ended up buying the premium when it was on sale for black friday last year for $5, but it's gone up since then sadly 😥 the free features are still cool though! If anyone wants to be friends there I'd love that!

wdym i know im a lil late but in 2023 they won the VMA's, MAMA, Golden Disc Award, and a Billboard for top K-pop album
