If I am reading something that I don’t entirely understand I am very slow and will read the same line repeatedly sometimes. Most of the time I read pretty fast if I am reading a book that interests me. It’s like I can’t get to the next page fast enough.
My pace as a reader depends on a circumstances.
Depends on the book (if I'm into it, it's a quick read) and how busy the rest of my life is at that time
typically I'm a fast reader and if I love the book I'll rip through it in a day. I think the quickest was the first 5 zodiac academy books in 3 days, but I can't keep that up long. After a week or so I start to read super slowly so I usually take a break for a few days. I don't feel burn out or anything, but my speed definitely comes in waves.

I would have to agree it depends on the book. If the book is good and it holds my interest and I'm anxiously awaiting what happens next than I can be a fast reader. But if it's one that is a slow paced book that is boring than I might just give up on the book all together and move on if I feel there is no help for the book.
when I really like said book, I'll finish a book whether it's 155 or 972 pages in less than a week.
It depends on whether the book caught my attention from the first moment. But if I'm interested in the book, I definitely am a fast reader.
Depends on the author... I average about 500-600 pages a day.

it really depends on the book and the style of writing. Heavy dialog books are quicker reads than narrated or inner monolog books.
Well, it depends on several factors. I usually read on my kindle and there I read super fast, practically a book a day or every other day.
The book also has to be interesting, it has happened to me many times that I find it hard to get hooked on a book and that slows down my reading pace.
But when I read physical books, I don't know why, but I am very, very slow. I love reading physical books and collecting books for my collection, but a book that if I read it on kindle takes me maximum 2/3 days, when I read it on physical books it takes me 1 week.

I read about 80 pages in an hour. Finished Karin Slaughter's False Witness which is a 420+ pages book in about 6 hours so i would consider myself fast. but generally because of work etc. i only read about 200 pages in a day max. what do you guys think?
I'm a slow-reader in general. But sometimes, it also depends on the book I'm reading. I've completed some of the books I've read that are nonfiction and about sciences within just a day or two.

Fast. I have to use the reading ruler on kindle or I’ll skip ahead. I typically read fast-paced thrillers/action/who dunnits etc and am very impatient lol but then I end up missing things and kick myself for it later 😑
Definitely a slow reader, legasthenia is a bitch. But I do enjoy it

I am a very very slow reader. I can read fast but I chose not to. I love taking my time enjoying the plot and characters.
Depends because I’m a mood reader, I can read fast when I’m in the mood or I can take weeks to finish a book. But if I truly had to say, I would like to consider myself a fast reader.

This depends on the book. Some content I can read very quickly while other books take a full week or more. Action adventure with lots of dialogue will be finished in a day or two. Deeper content with lots of description, psychological themes, mysteries, or slow burns that take long to develop usually take me longer to read.
slow reader here... nothing like taking your time with a book, getting lost in the words and making your own world as you go along.

For me, it depends on the book. Short books I can obviously read faster while long books take me longer to read. It also depends on how much time I have to read uninterrupted. The more time I have the faster I can read
