Kylie Cooper | 1 comments I’m definitely a slower reader. I like to take EVERYTHING in

message 102: by Lynn (new)

Lynn | 130 comments If I am reading something that I don’t entirely understand I am very slow and will read the same line repeatedly sometimes. Most of the time I read pretty fast if I am reading a book that interests me. It’s like I can’t get to the next page fast enough.

message 103: by Aminah (new)

Aminah Garangan | 8 comments My pace as a reader depends on a circumstances.

message 104: by Iz (new)

Iz Reading | 31 comments Depends on the book (if I'm into it, it's a quick read) and how busy the rest of my life is at that time

message 105: by Shelby (new)

Shelby Kay | 29 comments typically I'm a fast reader and if I love the book I'll rip through it in a day. I think the quickest was the first 5 zodiac academy books in 3 days, but I can't keep that up long. After a week or so I start to read super slowly so I usually take a break for a few days. I don't feel burn out or anything, but my speed definitely comes in waves.

Clara 𐙚 🇵🇸 (clara17) | 272 comments It depends on the book

message 107: by John (new)

John Mackey | 67 comments I would have to agree it depends on the book. If the book is good and it holds my interest and I'm anxiously awaiting what happens next than I can be a fast reader. But if it's one that is a slow paced book that is boring than I might just give up on the book all together and move on if I feel there is no help for the book.

message 108: by MimiL (new)

MimiL (mimilbookaddict) when I really like said book, I'll finish a book whether it's 155 or 972 pages in less than a week.

message 109: by emulienka (new)

emulienka | 0 comments It depends on whether the book caught my attention from the first moment. But if I'm interested in the book, I definitely am a fast reader.

Muneeb 🇵🇸 (0xmuneeb) | 36 comments Slowly fast

message 111: by Tami (new)

Tami Willard (tamiwillard0823) Depends on the author... I average about 500-600 pages a day.

message 112: by Diane (new)

Diane Depends on the book and whether its good or not....I do consider myself a rather slow reader though!🐌

nalu (addieisreading) | 2 comments Karissa wrote: "Are you a fast reader or a slow reader or somewhere in-between? I am a slow reader and sometimes I feel judged for it but that's just how I feel."

i'm not only a slow reader, but i also drop readings i feel i'm not gonna like around 15%-25% of the book so yeah, i know how it's like to feel judged for it. sometimes i feel as if i only get to interact about the same books over and over because of that.

message 114: by BurgendyA (new)

BurgendyA | 3 comments It depends on my time, or the book.

message 115: by Ermina (new)

Ermina Cristea | 6 comments I am a really fast reader.

message 116: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (harrypotter8) | 30 comments Depends on the book.

message 118: by Kiley (new)

Kiley Pingle (kpingle107) | 39 comments it really depends on the book and the style of writing. Heavy dialog books are quicker reads than narrated or inner monolog books.

message 120: by Natalia ✨ (new)

Natalia ✨ (natayslibrary) | 9 comments Well, it depends on several factors.
I usually read on my kindle and there I read super fast, practically a book a day or every other day.
The book also has to be interesting, it has happened to me many times that I find it hard to get hooked on a book and that slows down my reading pace.
But when I read physical books, I don't know why, but I am very, very slow. I love reading physical books and collecting books for my collection, but a book that if I read it on kindle takes me maximum 2/3 days, when I read it on physical books it takes me 1 week.

message 121: by Janvi (new)

Janvi | 0 comments both actually depends on my interest in that particular book

message 122: by Leonor (new)

Leonor Andrade | 4 comments Somewhere in between but rather fast!

message 123: by Vanshika (new)

Vanshika (neveronly_adream) | 5 comments I read about 80 pages in an hour. Finished Karin Slaughter's False Witness which is a 420+ pages book in about 6 hours so i would consider myself fast. but generally because of work etc. i only read about 200 pages in a day max. what do you guys think?

message 124: by Pippa:)) (new)

Pippa:)) | 14 comments A slow reader oops🙈

message 125: by Geloü (new)

Geloü I'm a slow-reader in general. But sometimes, it also depends on the book I'm reading. I've completed some of the books I've read that are nonfiction and about sciences within just a day or two.

˚₊‧⁀➷Chadlotte˚₊‧⁀➷ BANANA LECLERC I'm typically a fast reader but it really depends on the book

message 127: by T.A. (new)

T.A. Par | 48 comments It really depends on the book. Generally fast

message 128: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie Hertzler | 20 comments It depends on the books.. what's happening around me and work. You can't forget to work.. haha

message 129: by Addie (new)

Addie | 11 comments my average is around 300 page books in 2.5 hours

message 130: by Angela (new)

Angela | 1 comments Fast. I have to use the reading ruler on kindle or I’ll skip ahead. I typically read fast-paced thrillers/action/who dunnits etc and am very impatient lol but then I end up missing things and kick myself for it later 😑

message 131: by Tanja (new)

Tanja | 315 comments Definitely a slow reader, legasthenia is a bitch. But I do enjoy it

message 132: by Yvette (new)

Yvette Jarrell | 3 comments I’m a fast reader but sometimes miss certain details that I would have caught if I slowed down.

message 133: by Emma (new)

Emma Ramacciotti | 19 comments I'm a fast read who doesn't have time to read. So I think I can read fast but just for 2 hours a day

Natalie (Taylor’s Version) | 66 comments Slow if it’s a good book though I can speed through it

message 135: by Amanda (new)

Amanda | 41 comments I'm a slow reader

message 136: by Megha (new)

Megha Barman | 3 comments I am a very very slow reader. I can read fast but I chose not to. I love taking my time enjoying the plot and characters.

message 137: by Tarynla☾ (new)

Tarynla☾ | 80 comments Depends because I’m a mood reader, I can read fast when I’m in the mood or I can take weeks to finish a book. But if I truly had to say, I would like to consider myself a fast reader.

message 138: by Shawna (new)

Shawna Finnigan (sugoishawn) | 120 comments I'm a slow reader but I read a minimum of two hours a day so I get through a lot of books in a year

message 139: by A.R. (new)

A.R. Kaufer (httpsbiositearkaufer) | 1 comments I'm a fast reader. I typically read a book in one day, regardless if it's 300 or 800 pgs.

Hugo Drakeley | 4 comments fast, especially when it's riley sager

Elyvia (eliv_bookstagram) (eliv_bookstagram) | 4 comments Fast reader, typically 100 page/hour. I can easily read a book in one sitting, provided I'm in the mood🤭

message 143: by kamryn ౨ৎ (new)

kamryn ౨ৎ | 67 comments fast !! i can usually finish a book in a day or two !!

message 144: by Mitchell (new)

Mitchell Feero (lifeasmitchell) Im somewhere in the middle. I find I read a lot quicker on my Kindle

message 145: by Michael (new)

Michael J. (michaeljclarke) | 7 comments This depends on the book. Some content I can read very quickly while other books take a full week or more. Action adventure with lots of dialogue will be finished in a day or two. Deeper content with lots of description, psychological themes, mysteries, or slow burns that take long to develop usually take me longer to read.

message 146: by [deleted user] (new)

slow reader here... nothing like taking your time with a book, getting lost in the words and making your own world as you go along.

message 147: by Priscilla (new)

Priscilla Black | 46 comments generally I'm a fast reader. It does also depend on how hooked I am by the book. But I can easily finish a 700 page book in a day.

message 148: by Aditi (new)

Aditi | 3 comments it depends

message 149: by Mariah (new)

Mariah | 14 comments For me, it depends on the book. Short books I can obviously read faster while long books take me longer to read. It also depends on how much time I have to read uninterrupted. The more time I have the faster I can read
