Sophia (soootrain) | 7 comments It usually depends on how large or small the print is on the book I’m reading 😂

message 52: by sarah (new)

sarah | 288 comments Depends on the book for sure! I can get through a book in a day if its got my attention, some as week and others longer, it also depends on my mood.

Haqqi (haqqisreading) slow, but i'm trying to be a fast reader

message 55: by BookishBliss (new)

BookishBliss | 1 comments It really depends on the book. If I can get into the book pretty early on, then I can usually finish it the same day or at least the next day. If I struggle with the book, then it may take me a week or 2.

message 56: by Deviki (new)

Deviki | 4 comments In between but it also depends on the book itself. If it's good ......I can finish it in a day

message 59: by Teju (new)

Teju A (madephat) | 16 comments Super fast reader 👋🏽👋🏽

message 60: by Sam (new)

Sam | 45 comments I’m the slowest reader lol, and same when I see people read a book in one day while I read the same book in 4-5days I feel self-conscious and that I have to be faster, but then I try not to force it on myself bc its supposed to be enjoyable not a burden🫠

message 61: by ACOGray (new)

ACOGray (eileengray) | 9 comments I am a pretty fast reader. If it's good, I will read it super fast and if it's bad, the same to get through it so yeah, pretty fast - like usually 2 books a week or so - some short ones a day

message 62: by Kristina (new)

Kristina Mateo (chicklassique) | 85 comments fast 2x lol Very true but I will go back and read a sentence if I read to fast or more often then notr skip or misread a word

message 64: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha Ayaz (ayeshaayaz) | 20 comments If my highschool is off, I finish my books in just a day

joo (gracie's version) (jooelring) | 7 comments mmh idk I think it depends on the book's genre and how much it is capturing me

message 66: by ✯~IRENA~✯ (new)

✯~IRENA~✯ | 22 comments Pretty fast usually. But there are times I am distracted and read the same page over and over. 😳 Pisses me off. 😂

message 67: by vivxreads (new)

vivxreads | 65 comments fast reader

message 68: by Richard Alex (new)

Richard Alex Jenkins (ralexjenkins) | 6 comments It depends on the book, 100%. Ulysses by James Joyce took me two months to complete, forcing my way through it inch by inch, while other books can be over in a session or two, which are the books you often read twice or more.

message 69: by Barb (new)

Barb How fast I read depends on if I'm tired, focused, whether I'm really interested in the book or just sort of, etc..

message 70: by Kiki (new)

Kiki | 23 comments fast reader but some books is hard to complety ( like Little life) I started it 3 days ago and I only read 30 pages but meantime I finished 2 books ( restore me and you've reached sam)

message 71: by [deleted user] (new)

message 72: by Barbara (new)

Barbara (quakerwidow) | 155 comments If I REALLY push myself, I can finish 300 pages a day.

message 73: by Books (new)

Books For Life | 4 comments It depends tbh. I can complete a trilogy of 400 pages in 2 days and complete 200 pages in 4 days, it depends on how the plot is going, if I'm in the mood to read a book, or if I'm in a reading slump

message 74: by Amy (new)

Amy (amyreads719) | 4 comments Depends on what I am reading

message 81: by Gracie (new)

Gracie | 42 comments fast reader, a 300 page can be done in a day but the longest book I read in a day was a 600 page

message 82: by Kristina (new)

Kristina Mateo (chicklassique) | 85 comments fast very usually

message 83: by Jesca (new)

Jesca N. (jesca_n) | 15 comments depends on the book! there are books I can finish in just a couple of hours. Factors are the length and how emotionally engaging the book is. A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara literally took me months to finish because it was a very difficult read. If you still haven't read it and plan on doing so, I warn you, it's not gonna be easy. Make sure you are in your best headspace. It will break your heart a million times. Greatly written but the story will leave you emotionally wounded.

message 84: by nour (new)

nour | 67 comments im a slow reader, but i read about 7-9 books a month. it takes me about 4-8 days to finish a book, and i usually read multiple books at the same time

message 85: by Beverly Kay (new)

Beverly Kay (maribethsmom) | 10 comments It totally depends on the book.
I’ve been known to start a book, stay up all night reading and still reading the next day until I finish it, or go to sleep reading!
Good thing I’m retired and my husband doesn’t mind. Haha

message 86: by Douglas (new)

Douglas Larson | 5 comments I am a moderately slow reader. Not super fast and not super slow.

message 87: by Homer (new)

Homer | 15 comments I read super slow

message 88: by Tyler (new)

Tyler Hal (halthemonarch) | 3 comments i get my books from the library which imposes three week time limits on each read. i try to read within that time but if im distracted or uninterested ill accidentally dnf. generally i read like 30 books a year? but a little less these days.

message 89: by ivyy˖⁺ (new)

ivyy˖⁺ | 41 comments I am a really fast reader, i usually read a book per day and I love that I can read books fast.

Daisy.readsromance | 9 comments I'm a fast reader, but it also depends on the book.

Artemis~Ebonie (Inactive) | 65 comments It really depends on the book. I normally complete a 400 page book in about a week so kinda fast. I used to complete a book at the same length in 2-3 days but I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule.

Kiki | 23 comments fast reader, i could read 1 book per day :D but if I am busy it may be 2-3 days

Sean Brewer | 79 comments I’m a slow reader. I like to take my time with most of the books I read.

message 95: by Cody (new)

Cody Claeys most of the time I'm a fast reader but it depends on the size of the font

message 96: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Souchet (cana_ricanbookish) | 2 comments It depends. Somewhere in between.

message 97: by Sara.13 (new)

Sara.13 (saracasale13) | 4 comments I am definitely a slow reader, in fact I often pair audiobooks with the physical copies so that I can read faster

message 98: by Meshia (new)

Meshia Elsenpeter (bookapiller) | 1 comments I am a fast reader but I will go back and reread something if I was distracted while reading, so that i can absorb everything

message 99: by Circa24 (new)

Circa24 Circa24 | 32 comments I'll put myself in the natural slow reader category. When I was younger, I had to budget about double the normal time to read a book. I suspect I am slightly dyslexic, but we were never tested for that in my generation, so I don't know for sure. However, I took a speed reading class in college. It cut my reading time, and it improved my comprehension and enjoyment.

message 100: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Hebert | 18 comments I’m moderate reader ha!…😂
