Do you guys read with music or without?

I would say it depends on the book if it’s engaging and easy to read then yes but if it takes more focus to understand than no also I prefer to listen with lyrics I like to make playlists for my books a lot

Never with music. I don't have that kind of focus. My brain is so random that I can't focus on an audiobook for more than a minute. It's like, one moment I'm listening to a murder mystery and the next I'm wondering what kind of cheese goes well with pineapple. LOL, I need some serious help!

with music!! specifically lana del rey…i remember reading the climax of the ballad of never after to her song A&W… I WAS LEVITATING. it made the the book even better which seems impossible but…

It depends on the book and also my particular mood while reading.
If it's light entertainment I may put some music on. If the book is heavier in content or I'm really engaged with it I will read without any background distractions.
