Fun book. As usual, I have a few questions:

In Chapter 5, Carl tells Donut not to give other crawlers too much info about them, especially location, then thinks: "I didn't want to tell her the true reason for my concern." He tells Donut the reason is the top 10 bounty.

What's his true reason, then?

In Chapter 19, Donut mentions a weird guy who came over [to Bea's place] when Carl was gone: "He used to dance in the mirror and stare at himself and call himself a king. He'd put your socks on his wang and twirl them around in the mirror."

lolwtf? I guess a hint that Bea was cheating on Carl?

In Chapter 23, right after Hekla tries to kill Katia, Carl thinks: "It was starting to dawn on me why Donut was having such a visceral reaction to this. The monumental revelation hit me like a goddamned truck."

What is he talking about?

In Chapter 34, Agatha heads to the stairwell, and Carl stops Imani from intercepting.

Why did Imani want to stop her and why didn't Carl want her to? (hide spoiler)]

re: Chapter 19--pretty sure I got this one--(view spoiler)[in the first book, Carl had just broken up with Bea because he found out he'd been cheating on him for a while. So I took that to mean that it had been going on longer than Carl knew, and that Donut was aware of it... as much as a cat is aware... I think Carl found pictures of her in Hawaii with a dude when she was supposed to be on a business trip, or something? (hide spoiler)]

The others I'm just as curious. And don't remember. I'm guessing with Chapter 5 that (view spoiler)[Carl didn't know about the NPC-kill tickets or have the ring yet, right? Either one of those could have been reasons... (hide spoiler)]

I agree with all of those observations. And Agatha is definitely different and we don't have any idea what her deal is - is she a good or a bad guy, but she is definitely more than she seems...
