— Only two Kira's will be made per arc. Meaning, as many detectives
as you wish (3-4 Characters per person.)

— Each Kira can specify how they wish to go out in private, to which
it will be kept a secret until the end of the arc.

— History is not required as we will actually be roleplaying from the
very beginning, meaning you're writing your history by being active.

— Due to the fact that their are supernatural elements to this group,
I will allow some kind of extra terrestrial - But you must be very exact
on the story for how they even managed to make it to earth. Even
though history isn't required normally, Being an alien isn't normal
and therefore still requires some kind of plausible explanation.

— If you do not have an image, be thorough in your description.
I am not requiring real-life face claims. Matter of fact I encourage
animated ones due to this roleplays story line.
