ISBN13 used for a wrong book

I'm trying to add a new Paperback edition for a book https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/7..., but I cannot do that because ISBN13 9785206000177 is already used for a competely different book.

I suggest ISBN13 should be removed from the book https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... record, as it was published in 1989 and it doesn't have the ISBN13 assigned.

Note that the sources you provided show that Катастрофа had ISBN10 5-206-00017-5 which corresponds to ISBN13 9785206000177. This means that this is not a case of wrong ISBN, which only support can fix, but a case of ISBN reuse, which superlibrarians can correct.
I don't speak Russian, so please check that Адекватность: Как видеть суть происходящего, принимать хорошие решения и создавать результат без стресса was done correctly.

thanks, I didn't realise that ISBN10 has a corresponding ISBN13.
