Looking for a book title and author
I am pretty sure there was a novel published around 1982 set in a psychiatric clinic in Nebraska, involving two brothers who run the clinic and a female psychiatrist to whom both brothers are attracted. A similar book is The Cobweb by William Gibson. I recall the plot but neither the title (which I believe is one word) nor the author. I have searched the Internet but haven't found it.

Amazon description:
In 1909, Abraham Gettenberg and his sons build a psychiatric hospital that becomes the cornerstone of a dynasty and the scene of sibling rivalry, personal and professional conflict, love, hatred, triumph, and disappointment.

I ran across it because of this search result: https://www.google.com/books/edition/...

.. Jacob and Hermann , both doctors as well - that he's going to found a mental health clinic right on the spot , in ... cousin Miriam , who briefly stayed with them during childhood , returns as an adult psychiatrist to work in the clinic ...
