This one had more suspects than you could shake a stick at. Seemed like everybody hated the deceased. The police finally arrest one guy, the rabbi attacks the case with Talmudic logic. (B+)"
Always enjoyed the Rabbi and his adventures when I read them back when I was in high school. I am sure I read the Friday thru Thursday titles but looks like he added a few more after a bit of a break.

the rabbi books were fun reads for me a long time ago :)

I assumed it was given to you by a friend--you are relentless when it comes to reading those and I admire that.
I never in a million years thought the "sensitive side" thing.
Mickey Haller but with Harry Bosch featured. A sort of project innocence thing where Haller and Bosch believe they can help a woman unfairly convicted of murder. Most of the book is the trail, and as with most legal thrillers, every gain is followed by a seemingly fatal setback. (A)
Wednesday the Rabbi got Wet: Harry Kimelman
This one had more suspects than you could shake a stick at. Seemed like everybody hated the deceased. The police finally arrest one guy, the rabbi attacks the case with Talmudic logic. (B+)
Ghost Fleet: Singer/Cole
A novel of WW3 primarily against the Chinese. The authors manage to put a human face on the conflict while still covering the strategy and technology. (B+)
The Edge: David Baldacci
The 0620 man heads to Maine for a murder mystery that winds up including many more murders. (B+)
The Autumn Ghost: Hannah Wunsch
Non fiction. The story of Polio and the race for treatment and prevention. Very nicely told, though the action is all in Denmark. For me, it brought back memories of the fear of the iron lung, the hope of the Salk vaccine, and finally, the red dotted sugar cube of the Sabin vaccine. (B+)
Terminal Impact: Charles Henderson
Marine snipers running amok in Iraq. (B)
Thanksgiving: Janet Evanovitch
Cute, seasonal love story (B)
Clucked: Troy Hollan
After losing his wife to a chicken truck, a man embarks on a cruise around the world, only to find an opportunity for love, and an opportunity for revenge. (B)
L.A.Wars: Randy Wayne White
Vigilante cop, originally written under a pseudonym that was really Randy Wayne White. Here, he tries to break a couple LA gangs. (B)
Rogue Force: Jack Mars
A free selection from Book Bub. Superspy kind of stuff, certainly lacking in the thought and detail that goes into something like Grey Man. The task was to stop a drone attack on New York City. (B)
Borderlines: Archer Mayor
A Joe Gunther mystery. Joe, a Brattleboro VT cop is sent to represent the State’s Attorney up in the great north. Bad doings up there though, a cult, some murders, and parents trying to kidnap their daughter out of a cult. He gets involved. (B)
