Page numbers missing

Depraved Indifference (ISBN: 0453006795) by Robert K. Tannenbaum lacks page numbering information.

This edition of the book (which I am currently reading) is 296 pages long, minus front matter and other non-content related material.

Every edition of this book with page numbers show it to be in the neighborhood of 402 pages long.

I know with certainty that this page count (296) is correct for this edition.

Also, (and this is based on the ISBN of the book), the version I commented on says the publisher is Dutton Adult, but it is actually a New American Library edition (different than the other New American Library edition listed?)
