I cannot figure out why any woman would put up with a cheating husband who preys on other women. She (or her family) is the one with the money in this relationship. Eileen doesn't need Drew. Her father owns the company. Eileen doesn't seem interested in running the company; but wants her husband to do it. She must see herself as the perfect wife who wields power through her husband.
I couldn't understand Elieen. She was a smart, wealthy woman who let a piece of crap walk all over her. No man has a penis that magical.
Unfortunately, we get little insight into Eileen's character so we have to guess. Maybe she was blinded by love?
I wanted more of Eileen's past and what made her who she is. We see a little when Eric appears, but it doesn't explain much about her. I could only think that even with all her money, she had very little self-esteem. She didn't know how to run a company, so she needed to marry someone she thought could do the job to keep her in power.
I simply didn't understand Eileen putting up with him. She held the power & the purse strings and I wanted her to kick him to the curb. I think Garwood should have included more about her motivation...or lack thereof.
