Complaint about 2 ignored posts

I would like to make a complaint about being ignored for 2 posts I have started in the past few months. Neither of them has had any response from anyone.

Looking at other posts around mine all others were responded to so I do not know why I have been particularly ignored.

There is nothing superlibrarians can do for you, we are volunteers like the other librarians. Please always read the sticky post in a folder for what is needed to fulfill a request.

Hi Lieke

Kindly some have now responded to me and I appreciate that. I supplied no less information than I have previously so I did not understand why on these 2 occasions I received no responses. Previously if there was some missing information I had received a response requesting it and I would supply it but I was left without anything.

Anyway, hopefully they are being resolved now.
