Certain categories, such as "set 24 years before YOU were born" are too specific to each reader to justify a list created by the entire group, so there is no Listopia created for those.

It does not explicitly have a year but based on the publication year and WW2 references, 1949 seems right.
I am personally reading a book that only partially takes place in 1942, the year I needed, and it's good enough for me.
