Go directly to a book?

How can I go directly to a book without having to scroll through sometimes several screens of all the books by an author?

The only way to go directly to a book is when you know the isbn and/or asin and enter it in the search-field.

Thanks—wonder why GR makes it so laborious to get to a book.
