He wears glasses so he must have some visual impairment - I suppose it depends how you want to define it. Pre-cataract op I was extremely short-sighted. I'd definitely describe that as a visual impairment, but I wasn't blind or partially sighted. I think the latter is probably what this prompt means, but not what it says.

Finally found an author with glasses.Finished Guests on Earth
by Lee SmithMy Review:

Shakespeare: The Man Who Pays the Rent by Judi Dench and Brendan O'Hea is my pick - as far as I know Brendan has no visual impairment, but Judi Dench has been going blind over the last few years, so it is more her story being written down by someone else
I used to follow Ronald Linson on Twitter, and he'd made mention of being blind, so I picked his time travel novella, Agent of Change.http://www.lauraruthloomis.com/whats-...
Andrew Morton wears glasses, so I'm going with 17 Carnations: The Royals, the Nazis and the Biggest Cover-Up in History
I had decided to just go with an authour that wears glasses and call it a day but currently reading The Lost City of Z: A Tale of Deadly Obsession in the Amazon and the authour David Grann mentions he has a degenerative eye condition.

I read The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny and Murder by him this year, so check!
Here we are in December so at this point I'm going with an author that wears glasses - Agatha ChristieThe A.B.C. Murders
