My motivation is to create a space for reflection and group dialogue beneficial to those of us living with chronic illness.
You don't need to acquire any books—You can simply explore a group topic that appeals to you, read, comment or share, and go at your own pace.
There are contemplative reflective questions within many of the topics. And if you like, share your thoughts, questions, poetry, reflections and insights.
Take all the time you need; this is a self-paced group that acknowledges the challenges of chronic illnesses and the need for personalized pacing.
So, please respect your energy envelope, go at your own pace, and enjoy the journey.
Your participation, comments, questions, poetry, notes, requests, and feedback are all valued as this group unfolds.
Welcome aboard!
My hope is that this shared exploration creates a space for understanding, empathy, and mutual encouragement.
In such a community, our collective wisdom becomes a source of strength, providing diverse perspectives and coping strategies that resonate with our unique journeys.
I envision our group to be one where open dialogue and shared experiences foster a sense of solace and self-compassion.
The exchange of ideas, coping mechanisms, and simply knowing that others understand the intricate nuances of living with chronic illness will make this group a haven of support and understanding.
Your thoughts, experiences, and suggestions are all welcome as we build a community that uplifts and empowers each one of us on this challenging journey.
Thank you,
Richard
